This week I am down 4 lbs, for a total of 24 lbs. I took all of my measurements at the beginning and am down everywhere, but the one I found crazy was I lost 3 inches on each thigh. My resting heart rate went from 83 to 58. I just feel better in general, I am less tired and really feel like I can do this. I stopped taking the appetite suppressants in week 2 as I didn’t notice a difference when I forgot to take them, and still feel more full on way less food. I don’t think I will ever be able to stop counting calories, or add sugar back into my life (besides a few chocolate chips in my energy bites) and I feel very ok with this. Only another 100lbs to go!!!
