This week I am down 2.4 lbs for a total of 41.2 lbs.
Last Friday I decided I would start Couch 2 5K again, I had tried a few summers ago, found it hard and stopped. It may take me longer to complete it, but I will finish it and run the Valley Harvest 5K in October. I’ve signed up in the past and I never completed it, this year I will run it, even if I cry the whole time.
